这款377美白精华由于配方非常复杂,单个成分太多,所以我就不一个个详细写了,而选择把同类成分放在一起,大家看着能省不少时间。
这次不给结论,大家自己判断,权衡利弊吧。
依照惯例,成分还是按照颜色分级:蓝色为顶级成分(功效性强+成分安全),绿色为不错成分(不具有功效性,加在化妆品中用途是调节肤感,调节PH值,防腐剂,色素,等等,成分安全),粉色为期待成分(被普遍实验研究认为作为食物对身体很有好处,但能否经由皮肤被吸收,还有待进一步研究),紫色为莫名其妙成分(摸不着头脑为啥添加它,没有找到报告说它对皮肤有什么好处,但也没找到报告说它不安全),红色为危险成分(刺激 & 致敏)。

城野医生377VC美白精华(スーパーホワイト377VC)顶级成分详解
根据这款精华主打的美白功效,说一下几个需要特别介绍的顶级成分:
苯乙基间苯二酚(Phenylethyl Resorcinol):名称“377”的由来,最初是德国一家化妆品原料供应商Symrise公司推出,然后把这一成分冠名为SymWhite 377专利成分,。间苯二酚的衍生物,提取自苏格兰松树皮。是目前被皮肤科研界认定为最有效的美白成分,原理是抑制络氨酸酶 [1] & [2],美白效果是曲酸(kojic acid)的22倍,熊果苷(arbutin)的100倍。最新研究表明,它还能抑制皮肤寄生虫 [5]。安全性也良好,目前仅查到3例过敏报告,见 [3] (1例日本,浓度为1%)& [4](2例西班牙,浓度为0.5%),所以这一成分的浓度被建议控制在2%。
抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯磷酸酯三钠(Trisodium Ascorbyl Palmitate Phosphate)& 抗坏血酸(Ascorbic Acid):两款维生素C的衍生形式,被无数研究认定过的全能护肤成分,美白,提亮,抗氧化。以维C为主打成分的抗氧化鼻祖产品见我之前的文章 阿魏酸先驱 ---- SkinCeuticals C E FERULIC。
寡肽(Oligopeptide 34)& 二肽-2(Dipeptide-2):是多种氨基酸合成的小分子蛋白质,大家以后看到”peptide“字样,无论前缀有啥,后缀有啥数字,都属于这类氨基酸合成物,只是氨基酸的种类和数量上有不同。这款377美白精华中的寡肽34能够减缓皮肤黑黑色素的生产,并抑制黑色素传递到皮肤表层这一过程 [18]。寡肽类的美白功效见 [19] & [20]。肽类的其他功效见 风向易逝,经典永恒----致敬2017雅顿黄金胶囊升级配方,以及 眼霜眼霜,封神之作的眼霜绝不仅仅是眼霜,脸上痘印一起搞定!
食物中的蛋白质含量高的有:菠菜,甘蓝,西兰花,菜花,蘑菇,芹菜,黄瓜,果椒,紫甘蓝,西红柿,牛肉,鸡肉,鸡蛋。
视黄醇棕榈酸酯(Retinyl Palmitate):顶级抗老成分,详见 风向易逝,经典永恒----致敬2017雅顿黄金胶囊升级配方。维生素A和棕榈脂肪酸复合物。
硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯(Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate):见你们点播的防晒来了 ---- 物理防晒 VS 化学防晒 (下),甘草提取物,和甘草酸二钾一样,通常用来抗菌,抗敏感。
生育酚(tocopherol) & 生育酚磷酸酯钠(Sodium Tocopheryl Phosphate):维生素E及其衍生物,之前在好几篇文章中写过维生素E的护肤功效,见一款全方位高机能乳液成分分析 & 一大波好物推荐。
富勒烯(Fullerenes):独特的碳分子结构,呈笼型,能够强力吸附自由基,于是有着超强抗氧化功效。除此之外,它还可以抑制痘痘生长 [29],修复皮肤被UVB紫外线造成的损伤[27],抗衰老 [28]。并且,这一成分的安全记录非常好,上述所有实验均特别指出它对皮肤0刺激;也有专门研究它的毒性,最终证明用在皮肤上绝对安全 [30]。
虾青素(Astaxanthin):这个成分相信大家都很熟悉,提取自鱼类的抗氧化剂,能够防止皮肤癌 ,修复光老化 [31] - [34]。不过更建议大家内服,根据科研界的实验报告,内服它的功效比外用要显著的多。
你们的澳洲代购没推荐你们这个虾青素?这个牌子好像不怎么火,质量可是上乘。
白藜芦醇(Resveratrol):红葡萄提取物,我在 城野医生毛孔收敛水 ---- 真是大开眼戒,史上最鸡贼骗局 中有说过这个成分,美白,抗氧化 [37] & [38] & [39]。
这个牌子你们应该见过,可好像白藜芦醇不是什么畅销款。。。真不知道你们的澳洲代购们在干嘛。。。
葡糖基橙皮苷(Glucosyl Hesperidin):通常提取自橙皮,高浓度的橙皮糖苷可从芸香和唇形科植物中萃取。我在 化妆水界的品质担当 ---- HABA VC LOTION特别高亮过这一成分,它能够帮助修复受损DNA ,修复UVB紫外线引起的损伤,抗氧化,修复皮肤炎症抑制黑色素生成,镇痛,保持血管完整性。
其他顶级成分:
植物萃取类
黄芩根提取物:抗氧化 [21] & [22];
积雪草提取物:消炎(见你们点播的防晒来了 ---- 物理防晒 VS 化学防晒 (下);
悬钩子属植物根提取物:抗氧化 [23] & [24];
豆芽提取物:富含丰富VC,蛋白质,异黄酮和脂肪酸,抗氧化 [25] & [26]。
松树皮提取物:抗炎,抗氧化 [35] & [36]。
葛枣猕猴桃果提取物:抗敏感 [45] & [46],抗氧化 [47]。
植物油(非芳香精油)类
鳄梨油,玫瑰果油,杏仁油,玉米油,乳木果油,椰子油:这类富含脂肪酸以及Omega 3 6 9的油类用在皮肤上功效一样,增强皮肤屏障功能,抗氧化,修复过敏。
甘油,水解透明质酸,卵磷脂,角鲨烷不再说了。
城野医生377VC美白精华(スーパーホワイト377VC)危险成分详解
铂金粉(Platinum Powder):天然形成的白色贵重金属。日本人认为它有抗氧化功效,在2000年代做了不少研究,见 [6] & [7] & [8],但它用在皮肤上是强致敏物,报告太多,随便挑几个,见 [10] - [14],并且可以经由皮肤吸收至体内,损害身体健康 [15] & [16] & [17]。早在1991年,世界卫生组织(WTO)就认定仅仅是浓度非常低的铂金化合物也可以导致微生物基因突变 [9]。
玫瑰花提取物:有别于玫瑰籽油(提取自玫瑰籽),这类芳香型花瓣萃取物其实就是香料。
水芹提取物(Lepidium Sativum Sprout Extract):在城野医生毛孔收敛水 ---- 真是大开眼戒,史上最鸡贼骗局 中有详细论述:这是一种含有多酚(功效原理类似绿茶和浆果类水果)的植物,于是具有抗氧化的特性。它的刺激在于:由于它的芽部分有辛辣味道,所以常常被用作食用的沙拉。它的辛辣气味还被外用在皮肤上,用来驱虫(想想枪手的味道,你说刺激不刺激?)。我在之前的文章中也写过,这类具有特殊香味的,类似于能够提取芳香纯精油(是essential oil 不是carrier oil)的植物成分,统统为致敏成分。
泛醇(Panthenol):维他命B5的化学名称,由于它的增强皮肤屏障功效,之前我在 阿魏酸先驱 ---- SkinCeuticals C E FERULIC 中把这一成分归为顶级成分。但现在发现皮肤上使用的过敏记录实在太多,不得不重视一下,过敏记录见 [48] - [55] (不同年龄:从11岁到55岁,B5浓度不等,从0.5%-5%)。
需要特别注意的成分
水解弹性蛋白(Hydrolyzed Elastin):这一成分和胶原蛋白一样,是构成我们皮肤内健康组织的自然生长的成分。但这两种成分都无法经由皮肤吸收:胶原蛋白在体内可以自我合成,补充VC可以协助这一过程;而弹性蛋白的补充也是个曲线救国的过程,用于皮肤上,包括严格防晒,以求不让它加速流失 [44],补充大豆提取物[40],姜黄素[41],小茴香籽提取物 [42],以及视黄醇 [43],帮助它在皮肤内自我合成。

国内很火的澳洲Swisse液体胶原蛋白,终于有一样被代购炒火的科学玩意了,原理也是口服大量VC帮助胶原蛋白合成。
视黄醇是个好东西,再次推荐美国品牌Dr Dennis Gross的全能精华:阿魏酸+视黄醇提亮精华。
城野医生377VC美白精华(スーパーホワイト377VC)最终评价
优点:
一目了然,这款美白精华的料很全面,五花八门眼花缭乱,可以说是相当满汉全席的配方了;
377作为业界公认最强美白成分,加乘两种维生素C衍生物,虽然浓度不详(城野医生这品牌的成分表做的太无序,让人没法推测浓度)但我猜测它是能够达到一定美白效果的;
有几样非常好的植物萃取成分,帮助消炎,舒缓;
一众脂肪酸型植物油不仅增加了这款美白精华的滋润度和亲肤感,还是377很好的载体。有实验表明,植物油能够增强377的稳定性,并更好的被皮肤吸收 [56] & [57]。
这些好的植物成分大大降低了几样危险成分的致敏可能。
缺点:
成分过于繁杂,专攻某个项目的精华液不能是这么个玩法。水是基底材料,除去水还有65种成分。假设377最多占3%(科研界建议的上限,否则过敏),作为防腐剂的苯氧乙醇最多占1%,其余那么多成分,分别能占到多少呢?
同类成分添加的也太多,植物油最多选个3种就好,植物萃取也3种就好,反正功能是相同的,并且浓度的上限很大(不像377或者视黄醇这种猛药,添加量要严格控制)。这个油添加0.5%,那个萃取添加0.2%,其实没啥意义,哗众取宠;
有几样无效成分,也有几样找不到任何研究的成分;
刺激成分也有,玫瑰花和水芹就不说了,尤其是铂金粉,日系产品好像添加这个的不少,我能理解把它添加在彩妆以及底妆里,毕竟是有色金属(类比一下物理防晒的两个经典成分:二氧化钛 & 氧化锌的浮白物理特性),能够在皮肤上瞬间敷上一层白色;但美白精华这种功效型的护肤品添加铂金分,我觉得不行,这玩意是金属啊,打成这么细的粉末,沉淀到皮肤里没商量啊,那么多过敏报告啊,工地上的工人接触到它导致皮肤过敏,然后它还能经由皮肤进入身体,再伤害染色体。加它的目的是啥?日本人觉得它抗氧化?别闹了,那么多抗氧化成分,不能选个安全的啊?还有别的可能?嗯,是不是怕万一377和VC没法让人变白,用它来兜个底,让人涂上它的瞬间”觉得自己白了,“或者以后等它沉淀到皮肤里,变白了。。。
很不幸,铂金粉这个成分,连我们喜欢的HABA也没能避免。之前有朋友私信让我评价HABA这款深润水,我的回复也就这样了吧。
我的一点想法
实在抱歉,这一个月就顾着怼城野医生了。日本官网上说本品牌是由皮肤专家设立的;新加坡的城野医生官网上说这品牌是“日本第一医学护肤品牌。”
我真的觉得不行。
“专家”就不说了,我国人民对这个词没啥好感。
说说另外两个关键词:医学 & 护肤。
真正的医学,应该是术业有专攻的,侧重点应该是:把有一定改善功效的成分加足量,或者严格控制量;
真正的护肤,着重于“护”,首要任务就是维稳,这需要断然放弃一部分料,剔除所有有明显争议的成分,比如酒精,香料。
两者结合:成分要精简,安全要保证,功效要专一。
城野医生就像一个城里出来的野路子医生,把它所有见过的,高能的,有趣的,抓人眼球的,所有成分,都添加了个遍,生怕别人不知道它知道有这些成分。这都不是2合1或者3合1,这是n合1。造成的结果就是:啥效果都有那么点,但啥效果都不那么明显。
我还是会继续用我的倩碧VC精华,虽然VC不像377啊熊果苷啊曲酸啊那么猛,但VC信用记录好啊,不会造成过敏啊,10%这个浓度也普遍耐受,而且倩碧这款真真儿无添加啊~
我其实对377这个成分很有兴趣,可惜,377(苯乙基间苯二酚)还真的是城野医生的独家成分。目前日本耳熟能详的品牌中,只有城野医生有377;美国品牌里我没找到有用它的。
啥时候城野医生这款377把那几个闹心的成分去掉,再把无意义,连名字都不认识的那几个成分也去掉,我肯定会试一下。
